Regarding this, I have read a brochure about Bohol which I find it very informative. The photos, illutration & design was made by The Original Ramasola Studio. With centuries-old churches and structures, the island province of Bohol abounds in natural wonders. The country’s tenth largest island is where Datu Sikatuna and Spanish General Miguel Lopez de Legazpi sealed their friendship in a blood compact, celebrated yearly through the month-long Sandugo Festival in July. Numbering some 1,268, chocclate hills is the island’s signature attraction. The province is also home to the Philippine Tarsier, one of the smallest living primates, measuring 4-5 inches long, with its tail longer thsn its body. Bohol’s beaches to just enjoying the province’s relaxed, laid nack lifestyle.

Getting There
Tagbilaran CIty is the entry point to Bohol. Philippines Airlines and Asian Spirit both serve the Manila-Tagbilaran route. Tagbilaran City is accessible by boat from Manila (26 hours) and form Cebu (4 hours) and by fast ferry (1 and a half hours).
Where to Stay
Tagbilaran City has a wide range of accommodations to choose from. There are standard hotels with full amenities as well as economy hostelries and inns. Panglao Island resorts are alternative accommodations.
Getting Around
Metered taxis, tricycles, multicabs are numerous in the city. Buses and vans ply the routes around the province. Car rental services are available with rates depending on the type of vehicle used and distance traveled. Light clothing is recommended.
